How can I buy Offline as a gift?

You can head to our Gifting page and fill out the form. 

How will my friend know I got them a gift?

There are two ways to deliver your gift to your friend. 

  1. You can send them an email immediately after you purchase the gift. To do this, make sure "Send Gift Email to "" Immediately?" is checked and write a short note. When you purchase the gift, if this box is checked they will receive a 🎁 Someone Gifted You an Offline Membership! email with instructions to redeem the gift.
  2. You can deliver the gift email yourself by forwarding it or printing it out. If you do not check the "Send immediately" box. YOU will receive two emails. A purchase confirmation AND the 🎁 Someone Gifted You an Offline Membership! email. You can print the 🎁 Someone Gifted You an Offline Membership! out or forward it to your friend when you choose. 

Can I buy them the same thing I have?

Sure. Just select the options from the form. 

What can they buy when they sign up?

When they receive the gift email, the link that they receive to signup will be for what you bought them. But, they can sign up for any of our plans and have your gift credit apply to whatever they are signing up for.  

When will I get charged?

You'll be charged for the full amount of your gift when you complete the form. 

When will I receive my confirmation email?

You should receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of your gift being purchased. If you don't, please reach out to support. 

When will they receive the 🎁 Someone Gifted You an Offline Membership! email?

If you checked "Send gift immediately" they should receive their email within 5 minutes of your gift being purchased.

If you did not check off "Send gift immediately", they will NOT receive this email. You will. If you don't, please reach out to support. 

How long to they have to redeem my gift?

There's no limit on time for gift codes. But a gift code can only be used one time. 

Will I get a referral bonuses for the gift code?

Yes. However, there are two things that need to happen for this to work. When you buy the gift, you have to use the email that is on file with us. When the person your buying a gift for signs up, the email they use to sign up has to be the same email you sent the gift to. This is how we match things up on our end to give you your bonus lottery points and free month.
