What happens if my credit card expires?

If your credit card expires and you miss a payment, we will try to get in touch with you via email to fix it. If we are not able to get in touch with you within the first week of the month, we may pause or cancel your account and notify you. If it is a mistake, you can reach back out to support, fix your card, and we'll make sure we get you back on track. 

You can do the following to update your card on file: 

  1. Log into the Offline App (iOS | Android)
  2. Click on the membership tab and scroll to the bottom
  3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and hit "Manage Billing Information" 
  4. Add your new card information and hit Save (it will tell you if you've entered something incorrectly)
  5. That's it! Your new card will be used for all future charges
