How does linking Offers to other members work?
By linking Offers with another member, you increase the likelihood of getting the same Offer as that member in future newsletters. Check out the guides (linked below) on the best ways to link Offers with certain types of people.
- Log into your account
- Click on the “customize and link friends to this offer” link on one of the Offers in your Offers list.
- Scroll down to the “Link with friends?” section and turn the toggle on.
- Enter your friend’s phone number and hit “Add.”
If it was successful, you’ll see their name listed. Tap on their name to see the likelihood of having the same Offer assigned as them the following month.
(Keep in mind, we can’t link you with non-members, canceled members, or members that don’t have a phone number on file.)
RECOMMENDED: If you’re linking an Offer(s) to a friend, they should do the same thing with your phone number to have the highest chance of success for offer matching.
If any errors come up, the page will display them. We can’t link you with non-members, canceled members, or members that don’t have a phone number on file.
You cannot link with friends if you do not have a phone number on your account. If you do not have a phone number, go back to your homepage, click the profile button in the top right, add your phone number, and try linking again.
If you don’t get the same Offer as someone you’ve linked to, there may be a few reasons:
- Your locations preferences aren’t the same
- You have linked to them, but they haven’t linked to you
- Your category preferences are different
We will show you an error and turn the person's name red if we see a problem with your link.
If you STILL get different Offers than your friend(s) AND your links are all yellow, write into support and let us know. We're constantly improving how the system assigns offers to groups and would love some feedback and patience as we work super hard to get it right.
