We may credit your account for a number of reasons:

When we apply the credit to your account, it will be used the next time you are billed for anything. This could be for your monthly membership fees, extension charges, etc.

For annual members, your credit may not apply until the next time your annual subscription renews if you do not have extension fees, etc.
