Nearby Restaurant Carousel
We've added a restaurant carousel to the homepage that shows the closest restaurants to you.
Repeat Offers Faster
We've been working on this for a LONG time and we're excited to get it out to everyone. You can now repeat most Offers on a faster timeline. There are two major things to pay attention to here.
Repeat Length
We've done a lot of work talking to restaurants to get a new repeat length that makes sense for them and you as members. The majority of our partners are now on a 3 month repeat (down from the original default of 15) so you'll be able to go back to your favorites a lot more.
How long it will be before you can repeat an Offer (set by Offline + the partner together) -> This looks like this on the restaurant details page.
Viewing ALL of your repeat Offers + Upcoming Repeats
You can see these from:
Our Go Again section on the Home tab
The Profile now has "Repeat Offers" that you can look at
The Map filters have a "Your Available Repeats" option now
Find Friends on Offline
Head to the Feed and tap on the Friends icon in the top right to add your Friends to Offline. You'll be able to:
Invite them to pick the same restaurants
See their activity on Offline
Start a group chat with a bunch of them to pick the best thing each month
Find Offline members that are in the contacts app on your phone
Coordinate Restaurants with Friends
We're always adding ways to make it easier to coordinate which restaurants you'll go with friends. In this release, we've added:
Make a Plan with Friends
Tap one of your friends to check out what you have in common on the explore tab.
Start a Group Text
Find something you like? Start a group text with anyone in your friends list. You can find this on any Restaurant page.
Your Friend's Reviews - First
Any review your friends have left will be pinned to the front of the Positive Member Reviews section.
Refer a friend for free + See Your History
Tap on the + icon at the top of the home page to refer your friends. You'll get bonus credits and they'll get free Offline.
How to Redeem an Offer Video
Long requested video to ease any anxiety you have about how to use an Offer for the first time. Check it out on the More tab and tap "How to Redeem an Offer". Watch below.
Gift an Offline Membership
Have someone you think would love Offline? Holiday? Birthday? Friendsgiving? Gift your friend an Offline virtual gift card so they can sign up and join you at your new favorite restaurants.
Just tap the Gift Icon on at the top of the homepage, or head to the More tab and tap "Gift an Offline Membership"
See Next Few Upcoming Restaurant Drops
At the top of the home page, you'll see any drops that happened on the current day first, and the next few upcoming ones along with the dates dropping.
Fall + Winter 2024 Icon Drops
We've added even more icons icons for you to choose from for the winter season.
Sign up/in with Google or Apple
As long as your Google or Apple email matches your Offline email we have on file, you can now sign in with those services and skip the SMS code.
