Earn Badges
When you redeem Offers, review restaurants, visit other cities, visit a restaurant first after they launch, give a restaurant a Google Review, or have a redemption streak, you'll earn badges. We created badges as one of many small, fun ways to motivate people to keep building the habit of getting offline.
View all Badges
View badges on your profile or on the More -> Achievements tab.
Event Waitlist
Here’s how the waitlist works:
- If an event is sold out, tap “Join Waitlist”
- We’ll notify you 24–48 hours before the event if tickets open up
- Just tap the notification to grab your spot
- If someone else beats you to it, you’ll stay on the list in case more become available
*make sure you have notifications on to get these
Cancel Tickets
- Go to your My Card page
- Find the event and tap “Edit”
- Choose “Cancel Ticket”
*Currently, paid events are non-refundable. Free events can be cancelled up to 24 hours ahead of your ticket time, but not after that.
