If you're signing up in the middle or near the end of the month, you can defer your signup to a future date. We'll take into consideration your sign up date, whether you're signing up via user referral, some other type of referral, via the waitlist, or with a gift code. If you're signing up for monthly Offline, any trial you have will happen first and we'll bill you when your trial is over. If you're signing up for annual Offline, any trial you have will happen first and we'll bill you for the full amount of Offline Annual at the end of your trial. If you are applying a referral code that is only partial off for some number of months, we'll apply the sum of the % off to your first annual bill.

You can only defer your signups to the following month. If you choose to not defer your signup and you start your trial immediately, we are not able to extend your trial or Offer expiration dates so you will have less than the normal 30 days to use your first set of Offers. Most people do this when signing up with a friend that they want to use Offline with immediately.
