Partner contracts don’t run indefinitely (we wish and we're working on it!). If an Offer isn’t eligible when you try to extend, it simply means that business won’t be an active Offline partner next month and won't show up on the extension page.

Sometimes, no Offers you have are extendable, in that case, you would not be able to extend your Offers.
