Typically, we only send this message when a partner goes out of business in the middle of a month. There are other reasons this may happen, but this is the main one.

We will then roll that credit back into your available credits if we can so you can pick another restaurant. If you already somehow have a full rollover bank, we may not be able to roll it over, but that's rare.
