How do I check in to an event?
After you've claimed your ticket, you will see the event on the "My Card" page of the app.
2. Tap "Check In" and complete the check in process. From here, you'll see your Receipt (which is your proof of check in you can show again if anyone ask). Once you see this, you will not be charged a no-show fee.
3. Once the event is over, please review. It really helps everyone out.
