We sometimes invite users to try new versions of Offline before they launch publicly. This is called beta testing.

Beta versions may change quickly and could have bugs — but your feedback helps us make Offline better before release.

⚠️ Beta support disclaimer

Beta versions of Offline are early previews and may be unstable. We’re not able to provide full support for issues that occur while using a beta build. If something isn’t working as expected, the fastest fix is to leave the beta and reinstall the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) version. You can rejoin the beta at any time once things are stable again.

iOS (TestFlight)

On iPhone, beta versions are delivered through Apple TestFlight.

How it works

  • Tap the beta invite link

  • Install TestFlight (Apple’s beta app)

  • Download the Offline beta from TestFlight

Good to know

  • Your data stays the same

  • You’ll receive beta updates automatically

  • You can leave the beta anytime in TestFlight

Android (Google Play)

On Android, beta versions are delivered through Google Play.

How it works

  • Tap the beta opt-in link

  • Confirm you want to join

  • Google Play installs or updates you to the beta version

Good to know

  • Your app data stays the same

  • Updates come automatically through the Play Store

  • You can leave the beta anytime from the Play Store page

Leaving the beta

You can opt out at any time:

  • iOS: Open TestFlight → Offline → Stop Testing

  • Android: Open the Offline Play Store page → Leave beta

If you have feedback or run into issues, we’d love to hear from you.
