1. How do I use my Offer?

Super easy to use your Offers: visit the restaurants in your app and when it comes time to pay, pull up that offer in your app:

  1. Click "Redeem"

  2. Review the Redemption Instructions

  3. Tap or Swipe down to redeem!

  4. Show the redemption page to your server/cashier so they know it's a valid redemption

2. Can I bring someone with me when I use an Offer?

Yep–you can def bring ppl along when you use an Offer. The more the merrier! 🥰

Now, there may be a *few* things (like extra-exclusive events or specific perks) that are only open to members, but we’ll let you know when that’s the case. Otherwise, feel free to bring as many people as you want to check out those new restaurant Offers you got this month.

And if your friends *do* end up wanting to join Offline—excuse the shameless plug— remember that y’all can become friends on the app and get the same Offers together every month and you also each get a full month credit applied to your account!

3. Can we use more than 1 Offer at the same table?

Yep! You and your other friends can totally go out and use your Offers together. There are no rules that say "1 Offer per table" or anything like that 😜 You will just need to receive separate checks to use more than 1 Offer!

4. What if I don’t have time to use my Offers by the end of the month?

So by default, all Offers expire at the end of the month, but if for whatever reason you need more time, you can extend them by 2 additional weeks for $2 as long as you do it before the month ends 🙌

The extend offers button will be at the top of your This Month page in the app! You will not see the EXTEND OFFERS button in the app until the 15th of the month. So, if you are trying to extend your October Offers through November 14th, you will see that option on October 15th. Here’s some more info on how that all works.

5. What happens when I refer a friend?

First off, love where your head’s at! 🥰

To refer a friend, go to your Offline app. Head to the Referrals tab.

When your friend uses the code you shared to sign up, they’ll get in instantly (AKA skip the waitlist) + you’ll *both* get a full month credit applied to your account 🙌

Also just throwing it out there but there’s no limit on how many credits you can rack up…

6. How do I get the same Offer as my friend?

To get the same Offer as a friend, head to your app and go to the Friends tab. There you can search for your friend and then add them as someone who you will auto accept Offers from!

7. How long will my friend be stuck on the waitlist?

So fun fact: YOU can actually let them off right now if you want. (TBD if it’s on us to let them in.)

We trust you’ve got good taste so we give you the power to let your friends skip the waitlist when you refer them.
