What’s a Premium Partner?

And why some offers have a spending minimum

We created Offline to help you fall in love with your city’s food scene — not just the casual spots, but the kind of places you’d be proud to bring a date, celebrate a win, or just treat yourself to something unforgettable.

That’s where Premium Partners come in. These are the higher-end restaurants on our platform — places that take things up a notch when it comes to vibe, food, and service. And with that comes a slightly different offer structure.

Why Premium Offers come with a minimum spend

We’re not in the business of discounting dinner just for the sake of it. We’re here to support local restaurants — and make sure your experience is a win for everyone involved.

When a restaurant offers something like $30 off, we ask that you spend at least twice that amount (before tax + tip) to use it. That keeps things fair, protects our restaurant partners, and ensures that the offer is being used as intended — as a bonus, not a loophole.

Example:

If a Premium Partner offers $40 off, your check (before tax + tip) needs to be $80 or more to redeem it.

Why it’s worth it

  • Premium Partners = higher-value Offers

  • These are our biggest Offers — up to $50 off your bill.

  • Incredible spots you’ll want to visit anyway

  • Think: chef-driven menus, moody date-night lighting, curated cocktails, elevated vibes.

  • Still a killer deal

  • Even with a minimum, most members save $25–$50 at places they already want to be.

TL;DR:

Premium spots come with premium Offers — and a little more responsibility. These minimums aren’t about rules for the sake of rules. They’re about making sure you’re showing up to these restaurants the way they show up for you.
